It's uncalled for the charges you are putting on your customers for electricity. It's a shame that people have to choose to either buy food for your family or pay an electric bill.

My bill was 382.43 and the rate bill was 277 so they charged me 105.43 in taxes and I am never home it should not be that high it's ever month even in the summer no less than250 a month

We do not have heat that uses power. But my bill for this month is almost $300. It is not that high during the scorching months of summer running 3 a/c wall units.

I had to pay $1900 to them for a house we moved out of 2 years ago. They never cut it off even after seeing that we transfered our service. My power was off for 2 months. Not right at all.

As warm as it has been for the last week and half and barely had any heat on, our bill is higher than what it was that I paid on the first of this month and it is getting ridiculous especially to some that has to choose to either pay for the electric so they can stay warm or to buy groceries.

AEP Has been ripping me off for years now! My bills come in then the next month on previous amount owed is always different! I ask them how is it possible for me to owe say $300 for December then by the time the bill is due it jumps to $500, response "don't know"
