I'm on a fixed income and can't afford to buy food for the power bills being so high. They shouldn't put us in this position to have to choose to eat or have power. I'm going without air conditioning because I can't afford it. But health wise I need to stay comfortable temperatures to keep the pain at a minimum. Please help us out and stop raising our bills. Why don't you try and cut them back to we can afford them.

Its ridiculous how AEP is allowed to charge everyone, an the DO NOT care a bit about families without power even thou deposits an bills are getting paid.

I live in Virginia and my monthly bill is OUTRAGOUS! AEP has completely gotten carried away, they charge ungodly rates and constantly want rate increases, They get away with it because they have no competition and my guess is they simply buy off any political opposition that may arise, of course with their customers hard earned money!!!

The electric bills are extremely high and I believe they're pocketing most of the money they charge us.
