lower our bills ppl on fixed incomes cant pay all these fees u put up on use we should not have to pay for power plant being moved we didnt tell u to move it so why should we have to pay for it

I have been with A.E.P. for some years now and I have cut back to using only one or two L.E.D. bulbs and keeping it dark most the day and only using a Eden pure space heater to heat and doing laundry once a week and my bills keep going up and every time I tell them about it they give me excuses.

Rates are ridiculous! They have doubled and tripled on some people for using the same kW as years before! Those on fixed incomes can't live! My parents get 1000 a month to live on and their power bill was almost 600 for 1 month! Time to do something about AEP ripping people off!

AEP is gouging their customers in Eastern KY. Just deregulate and let competition in!! I dare anyone to compare our bills to the Lexington area, etc, we are getting taken advantage of!!

It a shame that they have raise my power bill every year. to cover cost well I haven't seen but 8% raise in 8 years that made me draw about 100.dollars in 8 years and my power bill has went up 300 % in 8 Years.
