How to lower power bills, cut out all overtime for employees, if power goes out it can be restored during normal hours, my estimate is 900k per year in savings divided by 45k customers would lower bills $20 per year + time the power is out,

I am cold at my house with our heat turned almost off and my power bill is out of this world. Why all the charges not even related to our usage?

Been over charged on my power bill for years. Our heat pump doesn't run anymore in the winter than it does in the summer and when we call during the winter months over our bill being so high we are told it's because of our decorations. We don't even decorate for the holidays.

they do not send out bills and raising the bills way to much when there is only one person using the power and it stays dark all the time

My bill was outrageous! I have a gas fireplace so there is no way it should be that high!!! And I didnt even have any christmas lights out for the month of dec. either!

Hadn't had but 4 days of cold weather and my bill is 272$ I have 1236$ a month to live on. Shame on you for robbing me and others.

It truly is out of control! One shouldn't have to choose between being warm in the winter or eating. There are $199.23 worth of charges on my bill that are nothing to do with the electricity I used for the month. That's crazy!!

My bill went from 435 to 601 dollars. They have became outrageous. I was staying less than 250 before that
