These bills are ridiculously high, there's no possible way anyone you can live on a fixed income trying to pay bills like this, I'm on the budget and still afford this !!!

My electric bill raised $100 for January. They use Christmas lights as excuses. I only had a small Christmas tree and turned the lights on only 3 times.

For one month my bill was $320.29. I am single and live alone with two jobs. How have I ever used that much power.

Have had electricity with them 30 yr. made us pay a deposit made payment due date before the first end of month even knowing a lot of people doesn't get paid till the first or third of month so they can get late fee now every month shame of them money hungry that's all it was about

My bill was thru the roof!! If I was so much in the hole on my budget... why didn't they adjust it. Now they say I owe $1270 by February 2. Unbelievable!!!

My electric usage was $260 But they charged me $439.00 and my income is only $640.00. I called them and they said it was my usage for the month and there's no way... it was only $300 the year prior and nothing has changed except their new fees and charges
The rates are rediculous
