Our power is becoming so ridiculous we can't afford to heat our home we will be freezing in the winter our bill has spiked over 200 dollars in one month and I live in a small small one level 2 bedroom home it's ridiculous

December has been very mild temperatures. I've seldom had to use heat. Even had my windows open. All lights Have been changed to LED. Insulated my outlets and this was one of the highest bills I've ever gotten. I have friends in central kentucky with houses twice the size of mine that have half the power bill I get. This is nothing more than taking advantage of this area. And my home is energy efficient and I've used all suggestions AEP has given me. Still the power bill goes up.

Been saying for years that AEP has a monopoly on power and can do or charge people whatever they want!! Either pay what they bill you for, or they turn your power off.... and there is NO way to accurately measure how much electricity you use!!!

We had almost a $300 deposit fee because of "the area we live in." We have been here 2 months & our bill has now raised to $430 dollars. It is ridiculous and they say they can not help.

This is,obviously fraud, above Temps and an increase to a power bill of 300, 400, 500 % increase. We need the Attorney General to investigate!
