Shame we living in a country where there enough resources to live and never have to raise prices and live comfortable.

It has to be stopped and some regulation has to be enforced. I have paid tens of thousands of dollars over the past few years and it has to stop.

I agree with high bills. Struggling now to pay bill when I asked for extention I was told I could pay it or extend it a certain but if I do full amount is owed. I m not home that much to have a bill that high.

Power company sucks there's no way someone used over $200 more power in one month and it hasn't even been cold they do whatever they want cause they are the only one around so they rip people off I told them I'd even turn them in to the better business bureau and they told me go ahead won't do any good every month my power bill goes up by at least $200 higher than last month it's getting out of hand..

I think that having power is a luxury in the year of 2017!! It's sad that we have to ask church's and others to help us keep the heat on! When I was growing up my parents never complain about the power bill! Now it's when you open that bill you think I'm I gonna be able to eat this month or is all my money going to aep!! Sad as hell!

I do believe that the cost for power is entirely too high and to keep raising rates is rediculouse , I haven't seen a new line put up , or even seen them cut and clear trees that are hanging over lines and every time it snows or rains and one falls then where without power for two days , it's uncalled for.

It's bulls hit to charge us outrageous prices just bc it winter but if it was summer an act Goin it wouldn't be nowhere near these prices

We were gone for a week last month and we didn't have the heat, air conditioning or lights on. We didn't raise the temperature over 70 when we were home, which is about 12 hours a day since my husband and I both work. How does less usage equal more money?? Our bill jumped $100 from November to December! We didn't have any lights to hang aside from the tree so what is it now? Is my heating system faulty? Doubt that, my landlord installed a new one when the renters before us moved out in June! Btw...my windows are double-paned!!

I use the same amount of electricity all winter long. My heat doesn't get turned up or down, but the bill jumps from $170 a month to $380. Ridiculous!! AEP definitely needs some competition!!!!!

A friend sent me this link. I thought it was only for the flood victims that were being taken advantage of. Now I see its not only them! This is ridiculous. ...We havent had a bad winter so far in WV! So why would our power bills be so high when a lot of us arent even turning on heat! I just recieved a bill for 492$....one month!!!!

AEP is out of control. Budgets are not budgets. $300 to $400 is a car payment.
