AEP has no soul. It's rates are ridiculous. I feel so sorry for the people who can not afford the large electric bills. This company has no mercy. It's objective is not customer service but how to make more money for its coffers. It's time for us to stop this greed.

I have been doing everything to get my bill down. Basically sitting in the dark and still a bill of over $300.00. I do not understand have called and I get the run around.

About 25% of our bill is fees and tariffs. My bill just increased by a substantial amount and nothing in my electric usage has changed.

AEP is completely out of control on their pricing and have run a monopoly on their services for far too long. It is ridiculous that it cost 4 times as much for electricity in Southeast Kentucky as it did when I lived in Tennessee for 2 years.
