I agree we get ripped off. I'm struggling right now to buy my bill. I called for extention and was told I can pay termation or extend it to Feb 2nd and pay full amount 418.00 and last Dec was 500.00 I'm not home that much for my bill to be high. Power don't stay on that much when it rains or windy or snow flicking on and off.

They can just tack anything to our bills they want. when they want. I called ask for a print out or something of all these things, said it couldn't be done. Wanted to know what each was for. Tired of paying for something they want, just charge it to us! Also tired of paying for those people out there that don't pay their bill. Their a business and when something goes wrong they shouldn't be able to just charge it to us. I can't charge it to them when I have something tare up

My bill jumped from 59$ to 173$ and we have had one bout of snow !!!!

In 30 some years this is the first time I have gone over budget. All the past years when they saw I was going over they would automatically raise my budget amount so it would even out. Not this year they socked me $179.00 over for a total of over a 400.00 electric bill. It is ridiculous what you are getting by with because you have no competition to compete with. God Bless these elderly people who are on fixed incomes and have to decide whether to pay their electric bill,get medicine or even be able to eat. You are nothing but pure& total GREED!! Shame on you but of ores you bear no shame.

Our bill is outrageous and there is no way we use as much power as aep says we do when no one is home all though out the day. How r low income family's supposed to pay such outrageous bills. No one should have to chose between paying ur bills or food.

It's sad how they over charge people with late charges and high deposits. You have the elderly and the disabled people that are on fixed incomes. It needs to change!

Curious is to how our electric bill goes from $180.00 in the hottest part of summer with air conditioner going constantly too $400.00 in this VERY MILD winter while using wood burning heat!!!? Sounds like AEP is near doubling not only our bill but everyone else's!!

AEP pricing is ridiculous. They automatically assume because it's December or January we are using tons more power when in reality we aren't. They're ripping us all off, they know they can because they are one of the only company's available to us. Sad but true.

It's redicilous that my electric bill was as high as it was!!! I think it's a shame that they do their loyal customers that way and ppl that are just barely scraping up enough to get by the way it is
