It's hard enough to pay all the bills we already have and afford groceries too, now AEP has more than doubled the amount due on out electric bills.

This is ashamed how you all charge poor people that live from check to check on every first of the month this much for a stupid bill people would be better off to live like the old days with oil lamps and a cheap heat source but you all don't care your living good on money from poor people ASHAME

I am sick of the struggles and paying a deposit because my bill was two days late one month and 8 days the next. It is the way my paydays fell but they said they had to secure the account so charged me another deposit. Lived same place for ten years and never once had my power cut off. But yet if the power goes out they want to take their time coming out to fix it. We really need to have something done. I thought there was a law about monopoly but they are getting by with it .

I had two pole lights and had one disconnected and the other left in use. So did not know that my pole light that was in use wasn't being paid for and AEP waited a year and sends me a bill for 248 dollars along with a disconnect notice. But they let the pole light burn for a year before they informed me that is wasn't being paid. AEP waited til they get a big bill up and sock it to you. Along with all the taxes they charge. Are we the people paying for their retirement?

My bill seems to increase no matter how I try to save. I'm tired of having to choose between my power bill and food.

These increases are totally ridiculous. They know people need power and can't do without it and they are taking advantage of everyone and especially the people who are on fixed incomes.

They raise it every month.. Even if they read it or not. When they use to go house to house and read it, you could believe them. These prices are ridiculous. You either eat or pay the power....

I know that my electric bill is higher than it should be every month. I have a wood burning stove that regulates my heat and water so I know that my bill should be half or less than half of the price that I currently pay every month .

These electric bills are out rageous!!!! We stay in our home four 6 to 8 days a month and our heat is set on 45 degrees all the rest of the month and you send me a bill for $700.00 and tell me it is my heat pump!!??? REALLY!!!!! This company makes me sick. They are just ripping us off!!!!

Used my heat the same amount as in nov and dec and when the new year rolls around it 3 times higher. It's bs..
