AEP made us pay the previous owners final bill. They even shut out power off over it after we sent proof that we did not live in the house at the time the bill was accrued. $736

My light bill is 475.24 for this month. No deposits nothing just the bill due for the month of January!

I have been with aep for almost a year an a half now. my bill has gotten up to 1000 dollars before an it is always no less than 200 dollars most of the time I conserve our power turning of lights an unplugging phones an other stuff an I still cant manage to keep my bill any lower than 200 dollars I think it is rediculous. how can they treat their customers like that

We don't even have electric heat and my bill went from $125 straight to $300. Now $500. And again. I don't even have electric heaters in my house!

The only damn power company I've dealt with,that my bill is out the ass for no reason at all! Aep is out of their minds. Guess the way you see it is we have to have power so you can do as you please with these out the ass bills, or people will be in the dark right?

My bill is outrageous , this has got to stop . $20 here and there several times on my bill . I am on a fixes income . Can't pay these xlarge bills .it has doubled .
