I have fallen behind in my bill after my husband lost his job every three month they assign another deposit of three payments of 65$ each. I feel save in saying the they should have well over 500$ in deposit monies and my bill is usually 200-250 dollars a month

My bill has never been as high in years of service as it has been the last two months I believe they shouldn't be able to just up the rate of service for no reason. Everyone is just trying to make a living, I understand they need to also but this is just robbery.

Our electric bill went from 174 in Dec to 284 in January. We have a heat pump and live in a 16 X 80 mobile home in Breathitt County. We didn't do any cooking for Christmas either.

We are seeing similar rate hikes in southern WV. I fully support your petition.

I, along with many others are the ones that have been charged deposits EVERY SINGLE YEAR over the past 5 years...We NEED power so yes, if we could afford to pay, we would....why charge more for those of us struggling? Why make it harder to pay than it already is? These deposits and high rates need to be re-evaluated

They screw something up and we have to pay for it. Tired of every utility taking a hike when its all we working people can do to survive as it is
