My bill was 416 last month now this month 453 a complete rip off when I haven't burnt much heat or anything Aep y'all full of y'all self get it together

January bill -$338.13. Warm weather. No Christmas decor.

Aep is bankrupting my family. We have to choose wether to eat, pay our house payment, or pay these expensive bills. They have been out of control for awhile. It takes us till we get our taxes to get caught up and then, it's a huge part of it. That's shameful. We have children to care for. I've called Aep on numerous occasions and they are always rude. They are never helpful. They once went down a list of things I have in my house when I called to dispute my bill so because, I have a refrigerator my bill was $1000.00 for one month one winter. We live in a poor area and are being charged too much.

I have been on a payment plan for the last couple months due to not being able to pay it all and my bill has increased twice in the las two months by over 100$ each time. When i called they tried to treat me like an idiot. Also my grandparents were in the hospital for a month and when they came home a few weeks later they got an 250$ bill. There were no lights or electronics left on so it is clear they are abusing their power of power .

I keep my heat on 68 never touch it, I don't use space heaters or any other form of heat, so explain to me how my power bill has been over $300 a month and more ?

It's honestly nasty how money hungry people are. I guess the power company could care less if these little kids freeze to death. If they were another power company I'd switch in a heartbeat. Sad sad times!!

The power company had charged me 275 dollars a month plus more I don't even have electric heat i use wood so how does my power bill go up and in the summer I use 2 air conditioner and it's only like 100 dollars everyone in my area say their bills are from 200 to 400 and don't use electric heat how is this possible my bills are horribly behind because of the power bill even had to apply for food stamps because it's so hard to pay and am behind on other bills I called power company they say the meter is right I don't see how it could be

I am a single mom with lupus rheumatoid arthritis and cerebral palsy I don't have a lot of money I can't work and my bill has doubled please find a way to straighten this out
