Yes this company is totally out of control. our power bills our out rages and to beat it all its been warm. we are struggling to pay our power bills and we have kids. struggling to buy food. this is a total outrage. its time we ban together and stop companies like these. raping the WV citizens on power .

AEP has abuses me sense 2010 my bill has been $750 and up each month with me my wife and two kids. My house it 3,000 square feet. We barley make it.

Aep owes me ! They failed to cut my electric off when I moved but then sent me a bill 5 months later for almost 2000 ! My mother has medication that has to be refrigerated and is in very poor health but they still cut my power off when it was there mess up not mine ! Then after I paid 1959$ I had to wait 9 hrs before it came back on and still haven't been reimburse the money they owe me and a month later received a 900 bill ! Aep is ridiculous and know they can charge whatever they want bc people has to have electricity and it's the only power company around !

PLEASE Reduce these bills.. 90% of the people were I come from are on a fixed income (735$) a month.. These people cannot afford a 300,400,500 dollar power bill. This is uncalled for. This is a shame.
