Aep is full of it. My bill was up to 800 for my first ever bill "statement" and im still currently paying it off. Even though it wasnt my bill.

My bill has progressively gone up from $149 to $225, now it is $370 for December. AEP is out of control.

I have propane heat in a small house and we don't run Christmas lights. We have also been experiencing an abnormally warm winter...yet my bill has more than doubled to almost $400. Something is not right here!

They charged me 200 dollars this month for my small one bedroom apartment, and said it was because of my electrical heater, but it’s very cold outside given the winter season. Plus I always turned my heater off when I wasn’t in the apartment . Now I have turn my heater off and refuse to turn it back on. Personally I don’t know what to do if they keep charging me anything more than I can afford .
Bills are ridiculous and cannot afford.
