My electric bill went from $74 to $308 in just 1 month!!! And I'm sure next month will be more then $308 !!!

I agree completely they have been very unfair to me I even had to pay someone else's bill which exceeded $1500 just so I could get the power turned on, this property was listed through them as rental property as Well

Aep has gotten ridiculous considering they know they're the only power company around. Its nonsense i have to pay a $200 bill for a house that has been vacant for 6 years. We only keep the power on to avoid mold and we keep the heat on 50 and nothing else is even on. Something needs to change and quick

Everyone needs to look at the difference between what ur paying on a residence and a building or a barn, garage. The difference per kw is ridiculous. Electric is electric don't matter where or how it's used!!!!

In a house with no one living in it, the bill went from 32 dollars to 76 dollars. Something is wrong and I believe it's AEP!

AP has a monopoly in West Virginia that needs to stop because they overcharge and they charge deposits multiple times for service that never ended.
