Dysgraphia (a form of Dyslexia) should be addressed in schools as well.

We desperately need our NY Dept of Health/policy makers to help all children with dyslexia, so no one is left behind!

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over, yet expecting a different results! 1886 without major changes for children with Dyslexia is sheer Insanity.

Please address dyslexia in NY public schools. Too many children have suffered from our schools ignoring dyslexia and even saying it doesn't exist. We have two children with dyslexia and spend far too much time fighting the school to get the appropriate interventionand accomodations. Before we knew our children had this learning disability I would never have thought that NY is lagging so far behind and it is hard to believe that this has been around for so many years and we are in 2014 and this is STILL not being addressed. Do the right thing and support NYS to deal appropriately with dyslexia.
