I think there needs to be a traffice light where the main enterence and exit to the school is off of College. I really think that would cut down on accidents in front of the school.

I have two grandsons going to the schools affected and we all need to take this issue to the authorities that can make a safe, less congested school area.

Need to expand road on 111th. Furthermore, we purchased our home in Falcon Ridge in 2007 with the knowledge the Lone Elm Bridge would be build and promised before 2012. Its now 2014 What happened ???. Waste of $$$, fixing the curbs.. Build the Lone Elm bridge over K-10 and eliminate 1/3 of your 111th street traffic and follow though on promises. Olathe and Lenexa City need to learn to get along....

The safety of our school children must be a priority and this situation must be fixed.

The traffic issues around the high school are really bad.

If the traffic situation is not fixed it is certain to be accidents as a results. I hope the city can come up with a solution before someone is seriously hurt.

We want our kids who are driving to be safe. Making a left on College Blvd. after school is next to impossible and an accident waiting to happen. Please do something to ensure our kids are safer!

We have had numerous occasions where it is nearly impossible getting out after school. It is so backed up and nearly impossible making a left turn on to College Blvd. With a new driver, this is a huge concern. Someone is going to get seriously hurt.

I have always been concerned about this. When I drove my son , I had a hard time getting out. With my son as a new driver, I am terrified and make him text e every day to let me know he is safe. Please do not let it take a fatality to do the right thing. It's a no-brainer. THanks for listening.

There should be no left hand turn off of college into parking lot by baseball fields. This backs up traffic to light and down Lone Elm. Students are frustrated and speed through the light, which causes accidents. There should be another outlet that wraps around the back of ONW and around the other building that is in the back. This would make it much easier to get out. Parking lot to get out of ONW is horrible!

bus traffic after drop off is also causing traffice delays. Routing the buses away from Lone Elm and College would be helpful.

Takes 15-20 minutes to exit onto College BLVD some days. Also, the hills make it difficult to see oncoming traffic. Road needs widened!

I agree there needs to be a traffic study during high school traffic times to find ways to improve this area. I see accidents here all the time and have seen citizens having to direct traffic (an additional danger) before police arrive due to it only being 2 lanes and the accident blocking one lane. When much of college is 4 lanes, I'm not sure why this high-traffic stretch in front of the school is only 2.

This is dangerous not only for the student drivers but also for the parents and other traffice going through this area.

My daughter is still dealing with the consequences of getting hit right before Christmas break. She is going to multiple doctors, multiple times per week. This was a rear end accident that she was just a passenger in the car. It is frustrating to see how this can actually affect a life.

I believe an additional lane was added last year at the front east exit, which definitely helped traffic flow. Still very dangerous though. I don't know about cost and feasibility, but even a traffic cop/director during rush times would help.
