Additional Exit Crestwood Drive to Ocean Drive

There is way too much congestion at the roundabout with Ocean Drive on nearly everyday of the week

With many more houses being built and population growing within our estate, it only makes sense to have a second exit.

Please facilitate a second entry to Crestwood

Crestwood absolutely requires another exit. Far to much congestion trying to get out onto Ocean Drive .

Council believe the traffic lights proposed for both Ocean/Crestwood Drives & Ocean/Jonas AbsolumDrives will alleviate this problem. Their traffic census study was done several years ago, well before all the development in the area.

Definite problem for Ambulance Police and Fire brigade. Link road from the back of Crestwood Drv parallel to the bike track to access Lake rd. Perfect thanks!

Council should add the cost of the additional exit to the developer contributions. The fact that there is only one exit is unacceptable.

I have a number of friends living in this estate. 2 egress points doesn't really seem like an unreasonable request, especially since the second one will be constructed in any case. Failing that, lights are definitely needed.

I and my husband trouble even getting out of our drive close to roundabout traffic banked up from lower Crestwood Dr and Crestwood west
