This is now a huge estate and the traffic will only get worse. My daughter and i have discussed our concern living across from the reserve and what would happen if we have a fire and the increased traffic in a panic. People could be trapped.

Great work David.

I am concerned that, if there was a bushfire, we only have one exit and it is already difficult to leave/enter in peak hours.

How there hasnt been a serious accident at the roundabout amazes me, we would be locked in if it happened, also if for some unforeseen event happened and we all had to leave at once ,it would be a disaster.

Resident for 5 years. We definitely need a second exit

Wait times at roundabout from 8-9 to get onto ocean drive are crazy on weekends

Please give consideration to a second exit from Crestwood drive. Traffic is horrendous and with the new developments it will only continue to get worse.

A Second exit/ entry point is crucial for Crestwood. My rationale for using the word crucial is any critical incident would be problematic to get to as time goes on. It would take an Ambulance taking a critical patient navigating current traffic a potentially fatal position. If their was a major crime/ incident in the estate then it would be easy to be under siege. It is poor planning to have only one way in abd one way out.

It is incredibly short sighted of successive councils to allow continued development without addressing this issue.
