Yes please. There is no female reciters on any of the applications I see online. Please do this.

It is high time to hear women reciters. In his teen, my bestfriend was so moved by the recitation of a Malaysian hafidza that he followed her to Kuala Lumpur by the long and ardous route by boat from Tawi-Tawi to Semporna to Tawaw, although he ended up in Sipadan,Indonesia,instead,where he trained to become an expert diver and now he is a loyal guardian and servant of Allah's Marine Kingdom. Alhamdulillah.

Muslim women are wonderful reciters too... it is only fair to give those who want to listen to a female reciter the opportunity to chose to do so!

It is extremely disappointing that more than half of the population is female and there is not one female Qur'an reciter available. Make sure your product is representative of the user. Add a female reciter now!

The denial of the existence of women reciters of the Qur'an speaks to our refusal to see women as even spiritually equal to men, despite our claim that we're all equal in the eyes of God. These reciters already exist, and many are recognized in their communities/countries. Let's also now make them more universally recognized. There's no reason to masculinize the voice of the Qur'an; enough that we have masculinize its Message historically, and we've to go through extreme lengths to in-gender it. If neither God nor the Qur'an is male, why is it recited only by males?
If you need suggestions for which female reciters to add to your website, Google or YouTube simply "female reciting the Qur'an."
God be with us all, aameen.

It would be a wonderful service to everyone who uses your site if you added to the literal voices of the reciters. As an educator, I would be more inclined to refer students to your website knowing that there are male AND female reciters.
