#add3minutes to reduce New Forest animal road deaths

I love the New forest and the animals make it a special place, Being fenced in would change it, so let's respect it...So often I drive through when someone overtakes to ' Get there quicker!As you say,this time of year,with shorter days of mist and fog,drivers should be extra vigilant...slow down for all animals all year round...I'm saddened to hear about your pony...Very best wishes for a full recovery...

I always take care and was overtaken the other day by an idiot who obviously was unhappy about my care and attention to the speed limit!

We need more signage and information in the area to bring this issue to people’s attention

Something MUST be done to stop this unnecessary suffering of animals.

I believe 30 is sufficient. It is for me. No journey within the forest is long enough to need 40 mph...in my humble opinion. Yes, I get fed up of people holding up one finger as they overtake, or hooting. But I care about all the livestock too much to change. I say add five minutes, not three!

Totally support your campaign. The beautiful wildlife of the Forest are what make it and we 're lucky to have such a beautiful, diverse and unique environment to love and enjoy!

So important to be alert and to drive slower than you think you need to as the dark comes in!

Growing up in the new forest and hearing these dreadful things that happens to people's animals is heartbreaking because of some inconsiderate idiot who has no due care or attention of there surroundings out on the forest roads the ponies and other animals of the forest where here first way before vehicles of any kind it's about time to get tough with these inconsiderate arrogant morons who drive there vehicles as they think there some formula one racing driver.

I get overtaken most of the time when I go to Lyndhurst ,people just do not care about the animals or know that they have right of way

To me, the forest belongs to the free roaming animals. I'm honoured they allow us to drive through their home, and saddened that some people find it hard to respect that.
