We do not need another gas station. We do not need another place to buy alcohol.

My family and friends are opposed to having a gas station mini mart at that location. We are swamped with gas stations.

We need more postive things for our furture children not telling them drinking is ok. We want better for our community that we are proud to call home.

I am most opposed to another gas station with "convenience " store; the only convenience would be for people to buy fast food, alcohol, and smoking products. NOT what we need in our community. If as a land owner you would like to make a difference, consider developing a community center that would establish beneficial relationships and be open to all members of the community to enjoy and learn and grow as we benefit from a variety of meetings, celebratory and educational events, and recreational activities that would bring us together.

There are 2 gas stations nearby. One is 2/10 of a mile away in one direction and is semi independent; the other is less than 2/10 of a mile away in the other direction. Each has a mini mart. There is a school immediately across the street and 3 elementary schools and one high school within walking distance. Traffic impact on this corner would be extremely negative.

There are 2 other gas stations with .2 and .3 miles of Adachi Nursery. Meanwhile our town can accurately be described as a food desert, with extremely limited accessbto quality groceries or produce. Not to mention, not a single independently owned coffee house. This is a wonderful community full of families and kids and it deserves more than another gas station or liquor store. It's time to put some real thought and consideration into the future of this town and stop being so short sighted.

We have enough liquor stores and service stations. This would be a blight to the neighborhood.

We are happy for the Adachi Family to be retiring after many years of service to this wonderful community. But another gas station/liquor store is not the answer. I'll take a real grocery store, a place for farmer's markets to be held with food trucks or a drive thru coffee stand that isn't Starbucks. We need an improvement and have enough gas stations in our little area. Thank you for your consideration.

Do not use the Adachi property for a gas station/liquor store. We need family friendly restaurants or similar.

So many other business options are possible rather than another gas station and liquor store. Lets be smart about the businesses we allow.

I much rather see a dog park there than another polluting gas station and liquor store.

Along Appian Way/Valley View Rd, there are already 3 gas stations. Within walking distance of this site, there are at least 5 locations to purchase alcohol and tobacco products, and 9 a very short drive away. Another gas station/mini-mart like project would not improve our quality of life. Nor would it improve the economic viability of existing businesses.
