HORRIBLE LOCATION FOR A GAS STATION. TOO MANY ALREADY NEAR.

I feel that a gas station and a liquor Store would be one more eye sore for El Sobrante. It would also increase loitering and crime.

I live in the townhouse development immediately behind Adachi and I strenuously object to this proposal. It would be very detrimental to property values and quality of life in the neighborhood.

I don't want a liquor store or gas station there. Too much traffic not to mention nearby school and AA fellowship.

I agree, the last thing we need is another gas station and liquor store. The lot should be big enough for residential development (apartments).

This proposed service station and liquor store would be two blocks away from TWO other service stations and liquor stores, as well as the proximity to the school and the AA meeting place.

Too close to Murphy, not necessary.

The last thing we need is another fossil fuel outlet in this neighborhood where there are already 2 gas stations within a half mile of Adachi Nursery. The environmental impact report for this project needs an emergency public hearing before signing off on this project. I agree with all statements opposing the project supported by the El Sobrante General plan, and CCC Zoning Ordinance Section 82.38.604 prohibiting alcohol sales within four hundred feet of a school, (Valley Christian School). More thought to greener ideas is needed here. How about a community organic food farm, which would be in alliance with Adachi's current land development?
