We definitely do not need another gas station /liquor store in El Sobrante! Right in between an Elementary School & Christian High School, not good.

El Sobrante already has a disproportionate number of gas stations. Tell me how yet another one will improve and serve our small community? With more traffic congestion and fumes? I opt for a restaurant or cultural center. NOT a gas station. WE DON'T NEED IT NOR WANT IT.

Adachi's was a beautiful and important part of our neighborhood. We do not need another gas station. There are already 2 within arms reach and will cause horrible traffic, noise and air pollution. No one wants to live in back of more of that, least of all me.

We have enough gas stations in El Sobrante. We could use more restaurants or cafes or a health food store.

We have more than enough gas station/mini marts in the El Sobrante neighborhood. I absolutely don't want another. I would prefer to see a Decent Grocery Store at that site.

I AM OPPOSED TO A SERVICE STATION ON THE ADACHI NURSERY SITE. OUR AREA NEEDS A UNIQUE BUSINESS THAT WILL PRESERVE THE CHARACTER OF EL SOBRANTE. DO NOT DESPOIL OUR VALLEY WITH AN UNNECESSARY SERVICE STATION.

I am against another gas station and AM-PM Market. We need to preserve, enhance and build on El Sobrante's small, suburban character and encourage more community interaction. There is an over abundance of gas stations and mini-markets in this particular neighborhood already. We need new, creative and interesting businesses to help enliven an already deteriorating downtown. Please listen to the people who live in this community.

Yes I whole heartedly agree that we do not need another " convenience store ".....and not another mini mall. I don't know all the answers . Maybe some nice condos ?

This site should be used for a business or other purpose that enriches and beautifies our community.

First and foremost, we as residents of El SOBRANTE/ Richmond, CA, of Contra Costa County have paid through our property taxes. Specific Bonds for our County and City Plannners to carry out the Spirit of these City Bonds -- that we all have paid for years, to enable our local community, development and the insurance that our community businesses are locally owned. That our City and community is both enriched by the many advantages -- by the monies that the business pay taxes and invests back in our community by keeping the monies within Contra Costa County, AND that they also pay into our local Bonds!!! As well as the business Liscese fees and a local interest and commitment of employing our residents- as well as protecting our LOCAL ENVIRONMENT. It I s my strong opinion based on my personal business experience that gasoline stations have a very negative impact on our health, AND our environment. The oil and gas drums underground have become a very serious environmental impact. Especially due to the fact that there is a serious shortage of structural inspectors - AND environment specialists that can oversee the installation of the Gas and Oil drums, the main pumps that feed the Gasoline and Deisiel Customer pumps-- as well as, regular inspections. AGAIN I FEEL VERY STRONGLY THAT THIS COMMUNITY OF; EL SOBRANTE AND RICHMOND -- that again the BONDS added to our taxes - we paid --insured us that these Bonds would be used to promote and assist Local businesses and, employ our Local residents that are under the, "Fair Local Bond Fund Act" Therefore I prostest the Arco Gasoline Station and the AM PM Market. That has applied to be buiit on the ADACHI FLORIST AND GARDENING SITE LOCATED ON VALLEY VIEW AND APIPIAN WAY IN EL SOBRANTE, CA. In CONTRA COSTA COUNTY. Additionally, It has been carefully documented - the AM PM MARKET Model,, These Tupes of Gasoline stations, have been Siphoning , and have a longlastiing negative effect on our LOCALLY
