We have plenty of gas stations. Another one on this site would just spoil the beauty of the area and cause even more traffic problems.

We need something there that will serve our community. Another gas station does just the opposite of that by siphoning local money out of our community and away from our local merchants.

It will result in constant traffic jams and risk of accidents for pedestrians. It's too small corner for another gas station.

A gas station and liquor store are not needed as we have one yards away from the site. We need a business that fits with our community. This does not!

There is a large gas station within one block of this location. Traffic on Appian Way is already very bad. This is a terrible idea!

I live on Fran Way. No gas station. We have enough. A natural grocery store would be great.

There are more than sufficient gas stations and liquor stores in the El Sobrante Valley and nearby cities.

I reside in the May Valley area and stongly oppose any proposed gas and/or liquor store on the former Adachi property. El Sobrante Christian High School, El Sobrante Christian and Marie Collins elementary schools are closely situated to that purchased parcel. Three gas stations exist in that same location and dangerous turns in and out of those establishments are perilous enough.

With all the convenience stores and a BevMo in a central area this idea of service station & liquor store is awful! Stop now.

Good grief!! there are two stations less than a block away, and another one down the hill on Appian Way. and another one up by the freeway.

I am opposed to another gas station in our community. It is not necessary for the betterment of our community and we already have enough.
