No way do we need another gas station. I have lived up the street from here for 30+ yrs and in the last couple of years I have seen traffic increase exponentially. Not to mention the environmental impact of inserting a gas station in an area that it is completely unnecessary. If the property is going to be redeveloped, do something useful with it and make it the new location for the Boys and Girls Club, since they sold the property the currently operate out of.

there is a gas station and liquor store within a half mile. no more gas stations or liquor stores there are 2 schools close by.

The Adachi family was trying to sell this property for years. The reason they wanted to sell it was bc the two boys managing it never made a profit.
The neighborhood has a massage parlor, "tattoo headquarters" and a brand new bar.
I suggest we meet with the new owner to discuss his plan.

we definately do not need ANOTHER gas station or another store (with or without alcohol) !!!!!

There are two MINI Mart gas stations two blocks away. We don't need 3 third one.

As a resident of May Valley, I am wholeheartedly against another gas station/liquor store at the Adachi site...we don't need another eyesore!! What we do need there is something that will beautify and enhance our neighborhood.
