Is a contracted sale not negotiable? What about another garden/nursery-based store, such as a branch out of Annie's Annuals in Richmond. Our El Sobrante needs our own people to care for us and supply us with our needs for our community. How about Annie's Annuals for El Sobrante? We love our El Sobrante!! We DO NOT NEED another service station/liquor store in El Sobrante! We signed the petition.

It was the florist everyone used, I remember back in 65 it was the place for perfect arrangements

I oppose a gas station and particularly a liquor store at the adachi location. A grocery store and other shops would better support the neighborhood

We do not need another Service Station and Liquor store. Sorry to know "ADACHI will no longer be here. They should remain. Too many decent shopping has disappeared. Do not need another LIQUOR STORE. Rather a restaurant we the neighbours can enjoy.

Absolutely no liquor store. We have a school next to that establishment plus 2 more elementary schools & high school a few blocks away.

Please do not allow a liquor store and service station at that corner. We need something more positive. A cafe would be nice.

As a former employee, I do NOT think that this is a good use of the location. NO Liquor or Petrol.

The market here in El Sobrante is already saturated with enough gas stations & liquor stores. From a business perspective, access/egress to the property wouldn't be very conducive to vehicular traffic either. I will absolutely not shop there if it becomes one and I imagine the same can be said for many of the other neighbors in our community who are sick of the same type of business cropping up on every corner.
