There is a gas station just up the street. A liquor store would bring in a bad element especially at night. People came from all around to go to the nursery. Let's being the neighborhood up, not down.

We don't need any more liquor store or gas station! Please something that serves our community. Health Food store, restaurant with REAL FOOD. Not Carb filled food, (noodles, mexican, pasta,pizza) no sugar laden food. No Smoke shop either!

There is a service station and liquor store within 0.5 mile of this location. Our community needs more diverse commercial and retail businesses. There are an abundance of service stations in the area already.

Being a 3rd generation and having my own kids now I don't think El Sobrante needs either one of these. They should have a produce market or something along those lines.

Please don't invite more liquor here. We have 3-4 schools near by plus we have enough marijuana here. So something better for the community. Open a Healthy food store. Invite local restaurants.

This would be a really bad idea for the El Sobrante neighborhood. There are plenty of such businesses nearby, in Pinole Fitzgerald for example, and on the corner of San Pablo Ave and Appian Way, etc. We don't need more of them.

The last thing we need is a liquor store at this location, a block from an elementary school and several blocks from a high school. An insane idea. And another gas station! Whatever for?
