My family has lived in the neighborhood for about 40 years. There are enough of these businesses and not what we need to bring the neighborhood up. This will be bad for the area.

NO ON GAS AND LIQUOR. i grew up in el sobrante and the town has always
had more places to worship then places to buy drugs or alcohol. we need to keep small town values. no to mention the traffic and schools.

We do not want another liquor store and there is a Shell station around the corner. El Sobrante deserves better!

There are already 2 gas/marts within a couple hundred yards. We really don't need more gas and liquor choices.

I am dissapointed that Adachi will be sold . A similar gardening or nursery in its place would be good.

Section 82.38.604 should not be violated. If this is true why is this even being discussed? P-1 is only a guideline and therefore binding.

No, No , No... I live on Sunset Dr. Just yards from Adachi's... There is a gas station around the corner, and many up and down El Sobrante. And selling alcohol at that location should be illegal because so close to schools .

There is a school almost next door to the Adachi property, and another one just up the hill. A liquor store would be a completely inappropriate business at this site.
