Our Kids deserve better!!!! Not in our neighborhood!!!! No no no!!!!!
Please speak up for the kids. Additionally, Appian Way is too congested already. We do not need to add another gas station or liquor store.

We have too many wine/beer, liquor, tobacco and smoke shops in this area. The corner in question for a liquor store is within 1,500 feet of Murphy Elementary School. Kids walk by the corner on their way to school. A liquor store is a discrace to all family values. Don't sacrifice our children and community for money (tax revenue)!!!

El Sobrante does not need another gas station or another location to buy alcohol! There is a bar across the street from this location and a gas station less than a mile! El sobrante needs more mom and pop restaurants or a park, anything but what is proposed

There are enough service stations and liquor stores within a near distance.

Why do you think adding ANOTHER liquor store will make this area better ??????? Not only will it be located down the hill from an elementary & around the corner from a middle school...... that would make it the 4th liquor store located in El Sobrante alone .... doesn't make ANY SENSE

As the El Sobrante Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year, I agree with Maurice Abraham that a gas station and liquor store are a bad use for this property. I oppose this project.
