There's no shortage of gas stations or liquor stores in this area. And that applies to smoke shops and marijuana dispensaries as well. We don't need or want any more in this area. Seems to me that health or grocery stores, restaurants and retail stores are highly desired in this area and would be very profitable for those investors.

Please do not approve for a gas station or liquor store. There are far more needed uses, including smaller stores and restaurants, or perhaps the Boys and Girls Club may use the space. It would be great to include some green space, as well. Thank you.

Too many gas stations and liquor stores in this area already. Our community deserves better.

There was a liquor store at Valley View and Sobrante Avenue (same intersection) when I first moved here. It attracted the wrong element for a family neighborhood. Recently the Veterans Hall, which often brought in raucous groups, was replaced with a sports bar, which thankfully has been a better neighbor. There are already two gas stations and three stores selling liquor within 1-2 blocks of Adachi (not counting restaurants or the sports bar). This is already a difficult intersection with odd street angles and high traffic volume at various times of day. This project would add to congestion there, and would not enhance this neighborhood

Our town has more than its share of Liquor stores and gas stations.... This would negatively impact the culture of the neighborhood, as well as possible environmental hazards/impact. El Sobrante is a town of families, with more families moving here each month. We are trying to welcome and encourage businesses that can help improve the quality of life of the community...This type of establishment should not be approved for use at this location!

PLEASE do not put a gas station and liquor store on this property. It will only bring down the quality of life for those of us who live in the area and possibly bring a criminal element to the neighborhood.

We have enough gas stations and places to buy liquor; surely we can do better with the site.

This is not the type of development conducive to moving the El Sobrante Valley toward a sustainable and walkable community. I oppose this addition of yet another liquor store and gas station.

NO SERVICE STATION or LiQUOR STORE!!! We have.a gas station up the street and one on Morningside and the Dam Rd. Get serious here. There is Deanza HS down the street. There doesn't have to be a liquor store so close to the school!!! It would be a hangout for the kids, not good!!

I grew up in the May Valley neighborhood, and still own property nearby on unincorporated county land. Please do not add blight and bring our property values down with yet another liquor store!

We do not need another Service Station and Liquor store. Do not destroy our town, it will not accomplish anything.
