This site is within a short drive from 4 other gas stations, and 3 more not too much farther away. Also, carry out alcohol can be bought at at least 4-5 very close by locations, and more not much farther away. None of the local sources for gas and alcohol ever seem overloaded with customers. Adding another competitor in the immediate area would not help their bottom line.
While I am sure that a skilled architect could design a space that would not complicate traffic at this somewhat tricky location, I do not think it would be helpful to have the added traffic in an area with lots of elementary, middle school and high school student foot traffic.

As if we have no enough gas stations. Better would be a natural grocery or a health store instead.

No gas station & liquor store in my backyard! I live one block away, and would love to see a neighbor enhancing and community serving business instead.

Noodle House couldn't get a permit to serve alcohol due to the close proximity to a church up the street.
We do not need more liquor stores in El Sobrante. Period.
