I grew up in this beautiful town. A park area should be built here! Adachis is a landmark in El Sobrantes history!

We have two service stations nearby, we don't need another. How about honoring what has been there for decades and make it a park!

I live less than a half mile from this location. Both gas stations nearby sell liquor. There are plenty of bars nearby, too. Isn't the area saturated?

Adachi Nursery is the BEST Nursery in the ENTIRE Bay Area. Adachi Nursery is a beautiful destination, and makes El Sobrante unique. SAVE Adachi Nursery from this idiotic " redevelopment. "

There are plenty of places to get gas and alcohol in El Sobrante already. What makes you think you'll survive the competition? Try filling a niche that people actually WANT and NEED.

The last type of business that should occupy that space is yet another gas station/liquor store. Or fast food. Certainly not another storage facility. How about a nice restaurant. One I can take my mother to. I don't take my mom to gas stations and liquor stores (well, not anymore).
