We do not need any more gas stations.
We need resoures and goods that will offer ressidents a device or good that we don’t have.
Such as another Nursery.

We do not need more alcohol, cigarettes or gas stations in our small town. Please bring in something that promotes a positive way of living.

What are they thinking! There are gas stations nearby as well as bars and restaurants that serve liquor. Make the area a park. Something useful for the community.

I would think that the city would want to bring El Sobrante up not down. The last thing El Sobrante needs is another liquor store for Riff Raff to hang out.

We don't need another liquor store or ground contamination gas station .we need to provide a health conscience..bussines...we have enough drinking to my in my opinion

There are two bars across the street from Adachi! AND there are two gas stations within a stones throw of the ADachi intersection. Already around 6PM the traffic in this intersection is so bad it takes local people 5 mintues to get out of Sunset Road.! Who needs more trffic coming and going?

I live up the hill from this intersection and strongly urge a more appropriate and community-friendly use of this lot.

We don't need another service station and liquor store on that corner. There are already many liquor stores and gas stations in the vicinity.How about a business to "preserve, enhance and capture the rural character of the lovely hills surrounding this corner? How about make downtown El Sobrante beautiful again?

We dont need more gas stations! Theres 3 all within a stones trow of each other right there! We sure as hell dont want any more alcohol in that area. What the hell. This is NOT a ghetto! There are schools all around that corner. What does the planning commission think they are doing? Why dont they at least look at these places they make decisions
