The site is an eyesore and a blight on the town. We do care but yet again a company's greed takes presidence. A blank lump of concrete would be preferable after all this time.

Another year, yet more long tales from developers, it's time the site was demolished to remove the eye sore from the heart of our otherwise beautiful town.

I THINK IS ABOUT TIMES SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE ABOUT IT, IT IS A DISGRACE TO SEE HOW UGLY IT IS!! IT LOOK TO ME LIKE THE COUNCIL DOES NOT CARES ABOUT THE STATE OF SO MANY PLACES THAT ARE EMPTY, THAT ROAD FROM THE OLD CINEMA DOWN TO THE STATION LOOKS SO UGLY!! WHAT THE COUNCIL SHOULD DO TO MAKE THE OWNERS TO DEMOLISH THE BUILDING. IT WOULD LOOK A LOT BETTER IF IS JUST EMPTY LAND. CAN YOU IMAGING WHAT IS LOOK LIKE TO VISITORS!!!!! WHAT A REPUTATION!!!!!!

It was a beautiful place when active, it is not beautiful anymore so why is it still standing? Shame on the council and all involved to let it remain - GET RID.

Issues like this are always financially related. It is time for the landlords to come out into the open and state what amounts are involved in order to fund a solution to this problem.

There is a whole generation of youngsters who only know the site as derelict. Do we want them to think this is normal or acceptable?

This site has been an eyesore for many years and it is high time the developers produced a suitable development to progress change. Its visual impact must affect the number of visitors to the town and the image /reputation.

Completely agree - a simple open green space until plans can be agreed would make a huge difference to the general well being of TW

I agree this site should be knocked down and redevelope it makes Tunbridge Wells look very shabby and not a very good impression to people who are visiting in this area.

We have waited for far to long for the matter of the old cinema site to be resoved. It is ugly and shamefull and a complete embrassement to Royal Tunbridge Wells. So much has been said and discussed on line by so many people, a lot of them have just given up complaining as nothing is being done.
