The old cinema site is an eyesore god only knows what visitors to the town make of it! Something should of been done about it long ago

The site will need tobe demolished anyway and is probably more valuable to its owners demolished rather than a complete mess that it is currently.

It's a depressing welcome or welcome home to the town. Is it not an opportunity for a large retailer away from the painful gridlock/traffic nightmare that is the industrial estate. Little Waitrose, John Lewis, affordable flats, leisure etc.

As B&B owners in the town we get feedback about the appalling eyedore in the middle of our town. Just demolish it and pro tem turn it into a free car park, helping visitors and local people alike while making a decision as to its future. At least this way idetruction will lead to

Either do something or get off the pan! This fiasco has been an eyesore and embarrassment to TW for far too long.

It must be over13 years now what is going on. A horror taking up the whole middle of the town. How can this still be going on

What are the reasons for development not taking place? This junction is one of the first impressions people get of TW centre whether they arrive by car or train. TW is regarded as one of the most desirable places to live in UK, so no excuses for this derelict building to remain in that state.

Mount Pleasant used to be one of the best looking roads in the town, now thanks to the owners of the old cinema it looks so shabby

The cinema site is a disgrace and needs to be demolished NOW. I can't understand why this eyesore has been able to exist for so long.

It is an insult to the Town and the residents that the site is so run down. It would appear that you don't care about your ownership.
