At some stage, this eyesore is going to have to be pulled down. do that now and grass it over. As a minimum it will gain you some public goodwill got your ultimate development.

I have lived in Tunbrige Wells for more than thirty years. You, and those before you have blighted the town with your indecisive behaviour, for almost half of that time. My children have never known the old cinema to have been anything other than a grotty, run down, half started building site. Thanks for nothing.
