An absolute eyesore - how about a purpose built indoor Farmers /Local Produce market (at the crossroad) similar to those you find in French towns. Would sve the stall holders battling the wind and weather. I think this would appeal to TW residents

It is a terrible eyesore and has been so for far too many years. Pull it down and make a car park. That way at least you make some income from your site.

The state of this site affects enormoulsy the experience of visitors and tourist to our otherwise great town. This eyesore has been with us for too many years.

It is appalling that this has been allowed to rot away. The owners should now rectify immediately,

It is about time the company start to develop the site. It is an eyesore and completely makes the town centre look shabby

The site is disgraceful, Tunbridge Wells could and should be a jewel in Kent and is most certainly NOT ROYAL

If the site is cleared and grassed over it would then be in a good condition to sell when the right buyer is found.

This has been a magnet for vandals for long enough. Whatever the ultimate use of the site the existing derelict building will have no part to play in it. It should be demolished without more delay.

A bulldozer, box of matches and a pet terrier called Devil's Lettuce ought to do it.
