Well it's no "big apple" or "candle shop". It's simply an Ontario memory and a good one. Best of luck with the sign Spence and Holly.

a sign on the 401 at Belleville for Sam's would be just.

That would be amazing...However we do feel it truly belongs in Toronto. C'mon Toronto...Get it up!

Many historic places have retail locations. Imagine if they lit the sign with these hydro rates. Does the Minister know what a 45 rpm record is?

I think you should get and display the iconic sign from the Toronto store!

This IS a tourist attraction; it's vintage rock and roll and, besides that, Mr. Politician. Belleville needs all the economic support the government can give them. Come on!

Until seeing this petition, I was not aware that there was a Sam the Record Man still in existence. As a life-long music lover and former Sam the Record Man employee, a Sam the Record Man location still in operation would certainly be a tourist destination before now, had I known. Signage on Ontario highways would create awareness of and interest in this iconic Canadian music institution. Please reconsider your decision and post signs up to bring attention to the Sam the Record Man Bellville location.
