Speeding of vehicles has increased along Achter Road and we need to take action!
Our neighbourhood is filled with cyclists, runners, families & pets walking to Paulshof Spruit Park, Rivonia Recreation Centre & Rivonia Riding Club. With the College situated at the entrance to Achter road, there is high pedestrian traffic between the College and Rivonia Crossing Shopping Centre.
This petition is to establish whether residents are:
- Willing to contribute to the cost of installing three asphalt/tar speed bumps on Achter Road and your
- Consent to apply for JRA (COJ) Planning Approval

About time we did something. The traffic from the college makes it impossible to pull out of my driveway safely.
SPEED KILLS. PLEASE DO THIS NOW.
For the safety of our children and community who walk or cycle along Achter road, we require speed bumps to slow down the increased speeding traffic on the road
Please put up speedboats, cars race and we have children, eldery and animals walking.
We should also look at increasing security measures on Achter rd be it an active virtual enclosure or a boom.

Cars go way to fast around the corner near the park. My dogs almost got clipped twice. Put the bumps in please.
