This trail is dangerous! Children, moms with strollers, bikers, etc...deserve safe access to and from ABH and TOW. Parents are looking forward to the day they can walk their small children to school rather than drive up and down two hills. Please get this project done!

As an escape route for all citizens of Laguna Beach in case of a natural disaster, this access is very important.

I've lived on Bolsana Drive my whole life and frequent the Moulten Meadows trails, therefore, I fully support a less dangerous access route.

As a resident of Old Top of the World, this is a very important project to my family and the greater community of Laguna Beach.

Because of the condition of the path, the fire road is unaccessible to individuals who fear falling down or getting injured.

It is an extreme hazard and should have been fixed years ago. It's a major lawsuit waiting to happen.
The current situation on this dirt trail is DANGEROUS! I hike this trail often and emplore the City to IMPLEMENT the APPROVED REHABILITATION TRAIL PLAN.

This project did not have "loud and clear support from all the community". It has the support of a few selfish neighbors who have not fully considered the impact their "project" will have on the neighbors most affected. In fact, the acts of these few have triggered a review of the parking, access and road itself that may result in more gates to control the access to the existing path and a neighborhood that had a quiet and peacful existance before this issue was raised. These same hikers should beware of venturing out of Laguna to places like the National Parks that have actually hiking trials that are not paved over...they may find the beauty in nature to difficult get to .
This project is sure to make the South end of Alta Laguna Blvd a parking lot similiar to the North end... but that matters little to those in support..they can park in their paved driveways.
This energy would be better spent directed at the other privalged few who live behind the existing gate that impedes us all from safely accessing the fire road and more importantly the fire and safety trucks.

As an older walker, I find the current path dangerous.

The safety of hikers, bikers and children walking to school is at risk. Council needs to do its job.

This is an important safety issue. The city must not lag on it

Let's get the show on the road. This is not a big project but it's important.

All residents of Top of the world neighborhood should have access to the fire road. We certainly needed it during the fires of 93 and we will need it again someday!

This has been a messy and dangerous entry for years. TOW residents need a safe passage!

Such a short piece of dirt and a small project that can make a trail hike or walk to school safer and less dangerous. No real reason not to do this, if one favors the best course of action for the most people.
