Public access yes, but vehicle access along the breakwater is questionable due to the idiots who will abuse this.

i like to walk my dog round the break water park so why not open it up for all to enjoy

I love to fish there and take the car with me. Already there spent many nights and even garbage there leave.

Please keep the breakwater open to the public unless absolutely essential at times for safety reasons

Access should not be blocked ever, all blue light services should have open access at all times for public safety. The public have had many years of open access, what has changed now ? The Breakwater needs to be utilised correctly Make it a World Heritage Site, a National monument for ALL to enjoy.
