I don't see why you would remove a CORE feature without replacing it with something better.
Please AOL/AIM I know you really want to make changes to your service to improve it and keep costs under control - but lifestream profiles and updates were a big reason for people using the service.
Please bring this functionality back.

Updates were the reason I was even able to make any friends and keep them If they're gone I'll be sure to leave AIM and avoid anything associated with AOL.
