Abolish this...try to tax the people who shy from paying taxes...
Dont always penalise the salaried class...why dont you cut or withdraw wholesome benefits given to all politicians on DA, travel, phone bills, petrol allowance, electricity, etc......are they special or just another human elected to serve the society....they r also paid salaries....make all the politician's also to surrender these benefits....
