In Korea, when you are after age of 60, you would be forced to retire. There are only few jobs left for people after age of 60, and most of them are low-wage or personal business. By having restriction of having job, elders are not able to earn money for their survival. Also, job is one of the purpose of life to people, and losing job also makes many elders lose happiness. Thus, the mandatory retirement should be abolished, if not extended to older ages.
