I don't believe the "midget league football" president or board has the authority to ban someone from said activities since the activities are taking place on Raleigh County Schools property and the parent has children enrolled/ participating in activities on said property. A ban would have to go through the school boards and state of West Virginia. To be enforced. Midget League football boards don't have athoriry to ban parents from school grounds.

I can't tell you how many small minded people with little to no power pull strings to retaliate against people they don't see as equal to them. This is an embarrassment to the school I call my alma mater! This isn't about who you like or dislike or discriminate against. This is a mother and her child and the harm being caused is not only unacceptable but unintelligent and something that those involved should be ashamed of.
This is why our reputation as a kind and caring WV is becoming non existent and it's truly sad those with the most influence use it for evil and racism.

Ashley should not be retaliated for being a Whistleblower - she did the correct thing bringing it to light. Its too bad that she cannot be there for her son and he himself has faced bullying. I wish there was an expansion of the Whistleblower Protection Act to not only protect Federal Employees - but rather any individual regardless of the situation. Sending love thoughts and prayers!

This is the most ridiculous thing I have seen ir heard. This is an example of a few people in Shady who are part of a little click and think they are better than everyone trying to embarrass and harass good people. Ive seen so many posts and pictures of text messages and screenshots of things that have been said about others. Its disgusting. Someone over this youth football program needs contacted and they need to take action against this board for racism, discrimination, false accusations etc... Ridiculous that people who say they care about the kids are doing this and keeping a mother from watching her son. Immature and vindictive!

ACLU: Don't Ban Parents from School Grounds Without Due Process. This means a trial and a convection. Contact this group and they can end this issue in a minute. Also NCAAP needs to hear that tape and they can clear it up in a minute also. NO parent can be abolished from school district property without due process

This is the most disgusting thing I have ever heard of. Unless proven they are doing something illegal they cannot be banned from school district property. All of you pay taxes and have a right to be there. Since when do we discriminate against children and families. I heard that tape and it is the most racist thing I have ever heard. That man is part of what is wrong with America today. That league should be holding fundraisers for disadvantaged children that cannot afford to play sports. There should be scholarships offered to all children that cannot afford to play, including all races. If the school district is allowing this they need to be sued. The ACLU needs to be contacted, the school board, the elected state officials and the NCAAP. This nonsense needs to stop. The media needs to be contacted and the TV stations. The schools all brag about their anti bulling training and that they have zero tolerance for bulling. This is a perfect example of their lies. This family is obviously being bullied and so is her son. Taxpayers pay for those fields and unless there is a conviction of doing something wrong this is illegal. The school, activity director of the school, the school board and the league board are committing a crime. Those fields belong to the taxpayers Every American is innocent until proven guilty. This is a perfect example of bullying and racism. Someone needs to go to the newspaper and publish this video.

This is absurd!! If you know Ashley and the kind of person she is you know this is totally unfair! This is exactly why my kids did not get to partake in Shady Spring little league this year. If someone made a racial comment they don't deserve to be a part of the sport period. There are children involved and we are supposed to be setting examples by them!

Those who support this lady should refuse to let their children play or even help raise money for this league. If they do not have enough kids to play then they would have to forfeit games and this would cause the league to lose money along with credibility.

I have known Ashley for 15 years. She is a wonderful mother to her 3 children and an awesome lady. She does not deserve this treatment.
