The boat/RV storage lot in question does not belong in Aberdeen. We currently have traffic issues which will likely be worsened by a boat/RV Storage lot on Longleaf Pine. We have all heard about the crime that this will bring as indicated by the boat/RV storage lot in Durbin Crossing. A K-8th grade school is being built on Shetland Drive. Lots of extra children, cars and busses in that location. Please use some common sense and look beyond $$$ signs. Thank you!

Do not build the unnecessary, property devaluing storage park right in the middle of our neighborhood. A storage facility already exists on St. John’s Parkway. We do not want or need one right on the corner of the entrance to a new school which will bring 1500 children down the street everyday. Our roads cannot handle the increased traffic and we should not have a business which will promote criminal activity so close to our quiet neighborhood or young children’s school.
