As an owner of a townhome unit in the building that backs up to the property, I am strongly opposed. This will severely impact future rental income and property value. Aberdeen is a beautiful, quiet residential neighborhood. This unsightly storage facility has no place here for all the reasons listed in the petition and more.

Totally against this eyesore. No one wants it near the school or in their front/backyard to view it every day.
