Certainly do not wish to see this in our neighbourhood. Greater thought should be put into place by the County when deciding applications. Facilities like an RV and storage facility should be off the road, out of sight and most definitely not in a residential area.

Please put this storage facility in a less exposed area. This will be such an eyesore for our neighborhood. A crime magnet and add congestion to an already very busy road adding to the new school traffic. Its a terrible idea. Please respect the majority of Aberdeen residents who are deeply opposed to this for so many valid reasons more than my own. Your facility can be accomodated elsewhere with out this much opposition. Placing a facility like this so near a school is a terrible idea from a safety standpoint. There will be multiple large vehicles and trailers with limited sight distance and multiple blind spots navigating right in and out of a walking path that hundreds of school kids will take each morning and afternoon. Shame on a developer for even wanting to build here. Shame on county commissioners who only see dollar signs and are not prioritizing the safety of our children.

A storage area should be hidden back in a wooded area and not in an area where it takes away from the neighborhood ambiance and value. Bad decision to even think this is a good idea. I would love to see a storage area for RVs, campers, boats, etc but not where it would be seen so easily.

There are FIFTEEN RV and Boat storage facilities available with a 20 mile radius for this area.
